There is a problem if you aren�t getting your period. Being active should make your period more tolerable and even shorter, but it should not stop your cycle from coming at all. If you are eating good and exercising a lot, you should be healthy. First eliminate the possibility that you might not be getting enough nutrients. Up to 12% of women between 12-49 are iron deficient. This can cause problems with your period. If that is not it, go see a doctor. You may have a hormonal problem or problem with your reproductive system and the earlier you get that fixed the more you will save your health so you can have babies one day.
