Does he expect us to be FWB's?

There is this guy I work with sometimes, we haven't known each other too long, but we ended up making out and doing stuff (we nearly slept together but due to my being a virgin and us not being in a relationship he said he didn't feel comfortable with taking my virginity and even though he asked me if I wanted him to continue I said no) Anyway we decided we could still be friends, which I am fine with but- the way he acts confuses me, sometimes I think he is Still trying to flirt and I don't know what he wants, for example he touched/moved my lip ring, called me a girl for wearing a short skirt to work. He seems to care about me though, from concern he shows me when I'm upset etc but I know hes a bit of a player, what should I do? will continuing to be his friend/hanging at his place in future likely result in him trying it on again?
