Why do people have a problem with the ground zero mosque?

people say its a victory for terrorists apparently. but 1, Therese already a mosque by ground zero. and 2, NOT ALL muslims are responsible for 9/11. it represents the muslims that are innocent not the bad muslims. ITS NOT A TALIBAN MONUMENT, its a muslim cultural center. IF IT DID represent the taliban id protest too, but it represents the good muslims not the bad ones.
