Is this camera worth buying?

I can not recommend anything less than 6 megapixel. If you can get this camera "for a song" it might be worth it but you can Canon digital compact cameras with incredible performance (for that cl of camera) for a few hundred bucks and a better resale value if you decide to sell the camera. There are plenty of decent cameras out there now but in this cl of camera I think the Canon cameras "rule". Read the online reviews, see if you can actually get your hands on a camera to see what it feels like in your hands and then make the decision that is best for you.
