It would take a LOT of repetitive weight-lifting on an increasing scale to make yourself look large and bulky. If you want to tone your arms up, start off with a small amount of weight and do some repetitions. Once those get easy, bump up the weight by only a couple of pounds until your arms are of the proper shape you want. Don't be scared of a little muscle! Women generally lack the levels of testosterone needed to look bulky or muscular.
