How much does it cost for the pro- teen plan at Medical Weight Loss Center?

I want to lose 45 pounds and they said on the weight calculator that it would probably take 15 weeks to get rid of it. I already have my consultation free so if you do know don't include that price. Thank you so much and please help I've been waiting for so long to lose the weight and now I'm ready to start! I need your help.
