Do I have to have XBL to play Call of Duty Black ops ( Combat Trainng or Bots )?

The reason why Combat training is under Xbox Live is not for the people who don't have internet. It's for the people who have online and don't play online because they aren't "accustomed" to it if you will say. It's mainly to get the people who do the Single Player only for the game to get them to join the ranks of online. THAT is what it is for. Not with people with bad connection like you.
