2001 Honda Odyssey what is the whining (high pitch noise) transmission noise when accelerating in 3 and 4 gear?

I have a Honda Odyssey 2001, 125.ooo km. When I accelerate the transmissions is whining in the 3rd gear (high pitch noise) and also in the 4th (with additional slight rumbling, as something was lose in the transmission) It only whines when gas pedal is pressed. The fluid is clean. Is that typical? I have scheduled a check with Honda next week, but I am very worried and actually after reading so many complaints I am very afraid. I dont think the warranty covers it anymore. Please let me know if this is a typical transmission failure sign, ot it is something that can be fixed. Thanks in advance.
