Injured/Unable to work out - need fitness help.?

I have recently been injured and I am unable to work out. I won't be able to get back in the gym and lifting weights for two to three months. Therefore, I am heavily relying on diet to maintain my shape. I was wondering if there is any eating regimen/recommended food list I should try to adhere to in order to ensure I do not gain weight due to inactivity.
