4 months pregnant and sick what meds should i take?

I have been taking CHILDRENS TYLENOL (liquid form) but im not sure if its safe for my unborn. I heard that rubitussin dm and reg tylenol is good and cough drops..is it ok that im taking childrens tylenol??
