Why is my laptop doing this? how can i fix it?

no matter what i listen to my audio is all snowy sounding what do i do? also for some reason my keyboard is really slow and doesn't write everything down and randomly the typing stick thing will go to somewhere else in the text i am writing? more and more often this is happening. is there anything i can do that might help it?
