What type of golfer makes the best best ball partner?

None of those options define the "best" best ball partner, the best partner is the scorer. You know, the guy who saves par after going OB or facing a tough up and down situation or 30 foot putt. That person is the greatest driver, iron, short game, and putter when they need to be and will give you the best chance at winning. They handle competition well, know their game, and will most importantly play the course first then play the opponent.
