My husband and i cant seem to get along..divorce has crossed my mind alot lately but we have a 4 month baby?

i am not saying it is all him however i am trying really hard and he is always upset, making fun of me , mocking me, asking me questions to "teach me leasons" like he saw my phone on the table and asks me did you get your phone i say no when i asked why did he ask if he saw it he said i want to make sure you remember... i do not understand.. lifes hard enough as it is between working full time, being a first time young mother, going to school full time and having a husband who is upset every day of his life or really dry..i donot know what to do./... would it actually be better if we get divorced?
