How can you still be in favor of government health care?

Everyone in favor of socialized health care cannot see the problems you have with it. Take actress Natasha Richersons case. Because the lack of a medical helicopter doctors say she would never should have died. This is what you get with government run health care.The government will decide how many choppers there are and who gets to use them. If this would have happend here in the US instead of Canada ( who has socialized health care ) heads would roll and law suits filled. Once the government takes it over they decide who lives and who dies. How can anyone be in favor of socialized medicine unless you are a wealfare case who refuses to get a job
